İŞ TANIMI
*To be able to follow up the work on a daily basis in the R&D department,
*Will be able to carry out new product design projects,
*Will be able to carry out development processes projects on existing products,
*To be able to follow up European Union projects,
*To be able to lead research projects with public institutions and private sector,
*Will be able to do the necessary work in R&D laboratories.
*Preparing sustainability reports and following up sustainability certificate processes with related
departments and suppliers.
*Carrying out research and development proceess for sustainable composite materials,
sustainability certificate proceesses and determining the fabric suppliers the company can
colloborate with regarding sustainability certificate processes.
*Following up all demands, returns, complaints received from customers (offline&Online) and
reporting
*Reseraching and developing functional and or sustainable fabrics for functional usage,
comprehend customer needs and develop these fabrics with related suppliers.
*To be able to follow up the work on a daily basis in the R&D department,
*Will be able to carry out new product design projects, design and mechanical calculations of new
products when necessary, by executing SAP2000 static calculations.
*To be able to carry out development processes projects on existing products, to follow up the
product recipes of the projects with PYP coding on SAP.
*Be able to follow up on European Union projects, write new projects in European Union projects
or at least have experience in this field, have experience or at least have knowledge in researching
new resources in European Union resource projects
*To be able to lead research projects with public institutions and private sector,
*Able to write technical specifications for standard materials in quality control processes.
*Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
*Will be able to design about sheltering systems
*Will be fallow up new design and products patent and other necessaries (Brand Registry)
*Pre-inspection of the products to be used in production.
*Post- Production quality control.

*Bachelor’s degree, preferably from Mechanical Engineering Departments,
*Minimum 10 years of experience in sustainability processes in an Engineering company on R&D
department.
*Having experience in reading, understanding and interpreting technical specifications and tender
documents,
*Having experience in designing assembled products and having the parts (sheet metal, plastic,
metal, composite, etc.) produced,
*High material knowledge and experience,
*Having experience in preparing prescriptions and making cost analysis,
*Preferably to have knowledge about the SAP program,
*To have knowledge about occupational safety and worker health,
*Able to actively drive a manual transmission vehicle and have no travel restrictions.
*Excellent command of English,(will be tested )
*Knowledge of sustainable fabrics and certification processes,
*Having completed military service for male candidates.
*Being able to use design programs such as AutoCad, Solid Works, Catia, SAP2000 and
Sketchup
*Having experience in design of solid materials and textile materials via Catia
*Having experience in design of modular furniture (desk and chair)
*Having experience in design of shelter systems
*Having experience about electrostatic application of powdered paint and test techniques
*A minimum of 5 years of senior experience in mechanical design and composite production is
sought.
*Having experience about Patent, Brand Registry and Petty Patent
*Having experience about shape memory materials and having know how about production of
these materials.
*Having experience in producing composite materials and production techniques.
